it's not about the banner. as what you can see, it's not so "appealing" (so you can change it) but it's about the background that sort of moves when you hover over it.
Note: i changed the base theme and css, because the 1st version resulted in different views from IE and Firefox.

1) Select the "MELON" theme from the Multiply theme selection page for your personal page. You can select that by clicking on this link:
